Frankly, Eric and his team at WA First Mortgage absolute blew us away.
Not only was Eric's attentiveness and responsiveness a major contributing factor to our successful home purchase - but his team facilitated a lightning speed, 16 day close in an extremely competitive and strained market.
When the seller's agent called him to discuss our credentials, and strength - Eric picked up the phone immediately and went to bat for us - which likely made a big difference in our offer being accepted over 8 others.
Something I also feel speaks to the kind of service that Eric provides, is that he has the heart of a teacher. He helped my husband and I understand and feel very informed in our first home purchase. I was truly not expecting such a kind and informative broker - but Eric wildly exceeded our expectations.
Furthermore - Grant, our Loan Officer/Coordinator was a rockstar. He requested documents and signatures in a clear, and timely manner, as well as responded to our inquiries nearly immediately. We also got the impression that he was a genuinely nice person, which we appreciated.
